Incense burning is a traditional and common practice in many families. In general, incense are made of herbal and wood powder, about 35% is the actual fragrance material and about 11% is an adhesive that binds everything to the bamboo stick. There is no doubt that incense are beneficial when it comes to the mind and relaxation. However, the smoke from burning incense creates a mixture of fine particles in the air. Although there are mental health benefits to incense, the lung don't like the particle. With adequate ventilation and moderate usage, incense can create a relaxing environment. However, if the goal is fresh clean air, you need an odor adsorbing or odor neutralizing solution.
